♦ COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE ♦By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.♦ GENERAL TERMS ♦- I currently accept Illustration and Character Design commissions only.
- Please provide clear character references whenever possible.
- Please describe the pose, expression, composition, or overall vibe you want.
- If no specific direction is provided, I will use my artistic freedom.
- References with heavy shading, filters, or watermarks may affect accuracy.♦ PAYMENT ♦- Payment is handled through PayPal Invoice.
- A 50% deposit is required before I continue past the approved sketch.
- The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are delivered.
- Estimated turnaround time is generally 1–3 weeks.
- WIP updates are generally provided every 2–3 days.♦ WORK PROCESS ♦Sketch → Line Art → Color → Shading / RenderingRevisions are available when I send WIP updates for each stage.Please point out any changes as early as possible.Major revisions requested after a stage has already been approved may require an additional fee.♦ REFUND & CANCELLATION ♦1. A full refund will only be provided if I have not started working on the commission.
2. Once work has started, refunds are generally unavailable for completed work.
3. No refund will be provided once the artwork is completed.
4. If I am unable to finish the commission, a full refund will be provided regardless of the current stage.♦ COPYRIGHT & USAGE ♦- All commissions are NON-COMMERCIAL by default.
- If you plan to use the artwork commercially, please ask me before commissioning.
- Commercial usage requires an additional +100% of the base commission price.
- Reposting is allowed as long as proper credit is given.
- DO NOT claim the artwork as your own.
- The artwork may not be sold or resold unless commercial rights have been agreed upon.♦ AI & NFT POLICY ♦Commissioned artwork may NOT be:- Used to train or fine-tune any generative AI model.
- Added to AI training datasets.
- Used for AI-generated derivatives.
- Minted, sold, or resold as an NFT.AI training and NFT usage are strictly prohibited.♦ ARTIST RIGHTS ♦- I retain the copyright and authorship of the commissioned artwork.
- I may post the finished artwork on my portfolio or social media.
- If you would like the commission to remain private, please let me know before commissioning.I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am uncomfortable with.---By commissioning me and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
